These are from one private celebration, styled end to end in red, white and black — a floral arch raised on the main staircase, the courtyard laid in white linen, the lighting washed to match. Nothing here was hired in for the photograph. Bring us a palette and this is the level the estate dresses to.

A site visit with your planner and, if you want them, the chef and the AV lead. We hold the date provisionally while you decide.

Sign, pay the deposit, and the same planner runs the event on the day — briefing the kitchen, the floor and the technicians, and handling the breakdown.

§ DELEGATE PACKAGES
Day-delegate, 24-hour residential, board-dinner and wedding packages — bundled so you are not costing the room, the screen and the coffee line by line. Rates are indicative and confirmed on proposal.

The reasons a second event is booked before the first one has been broken down.
Venue, catering, rooms, parking and the after-party on a single contract. Nothing is sub-contracted, so nothing falls between two suppliers.
Asian, European and African menus from the hotel's own restaurants — tastings on site, dietary requirements handled, no caterer's mark-up on top.
The person who quotes your event runs it on the day. You are never handed to an 'operations team' after signing.
The Equatorial Gardens — lawned, private, and the best outdoor picture spot in Kampala — ten minutes from the CBD, not an hour down a marram road.
Delegate blocks, a bridal suite and late checkout on the same estate — speakers and the top table are not driving across town at midnight.

Provisional holds, deposits, catering, AV, parking and accommodation blocks — the questions the events desk fields most.
They are indicative maximums so you can shortlist rooms. Your real number depends on staging, a dance floor, AV positions and catering style, so the exact figure for your layout is confirmed on the proposal and at the site visit.
Yes — and it is a feature, not a restriction. All food and drink come from the hotel's own restaurants, so there is no external caterer's mark-up, tastings happen on site, and dietary requirements are handled by the kitchen that will cook on the day.
Kudara Hall has an in-house stage set, screens, projection and a sound system, and a technician is on site for the event. Specialist rigs — LED walls, multi-camera, simultaneous interpretation — are brought in through our partners and quoted in the proposal.
A signed contract and a deposit confirm the booking, with the balance due before the event. Bookings over ten rooms follow our group terms — written confirmation within 14 days, rooming lists 7 days out, and a 50% deposit. The exact schedule is on your contract.
Yes. We hold a room block against your event — delegate rates for a conference, a guest block and bridal suite for a wedding — on the same estate, so nobody is travelling across Kampala late at night. Unused rooms are released back on an agreed date.
