Of course. Site visits run daily between 10:00 and 17:00 by appointment, and the events team will show you the gardens, Kudara Hall and the bridal suite. Message us with a day that suits you.
Personal photos are welcome everywhere except the spa treatment rooms and the Turkish bath. Please be mindful of other guests in the lounges and around the pool.
Yes, with a Garden Photoshoot Pass from US$120 for two hours (indicative). It includes access to the gardens and lounges, a changing room and a soft drink for the crew. Book it on WhatsApp so we can schedule around events.
Drone filming needs written approval from the hotel and a valid Uganda Civil Aviation Authority permit. We share the approval form once your shoot date is confirmed.
High-resolution images are available to press, travel trade and partners on request. Tell us the publication and the story, and we will send a licensed media kit.
