These terms apply to rooms, dining, spa, events and other services booked with The Emin Pasha Hotel & Spa, operated by [Registered company name]. Using this website or confirming a booking means you accept them. Event contracts and group agreements may add their own conditions.
Rates are per room, per night, and include applicable taxes unless stated. We accept major cards, bank transfer and mobile money. A deposit of the first night is taken at booking; non-refundable rates are charged in full.

Leaving earlier than booked, or not arriving, is charged as a late cancellation. Spa appointments cancel free until 4 hours before.
Wellness facilities are used at your own risk and subject to the Spa etiquette page. Please share any health conditions before a treatment. Children must be supervised by an adult at the pool at all times.
We take reasonable care of guests and their belongings, and in-room safes are provided for valuables. We are not liable for loss of items left unsecured, or for indirect losses, except where the law does not allow this to be limited. You are responsible for damage caused by you or your guests.
If events outside our reasonable control — severe weather, civil unrest, utility failure or public-health restrictions — stop us providing a service, we will offer alternative dates or a refund of amounts paid for services not provided.
Content and photography on this site belong to the hotel or its licensors and may not be reused without permission. We aim to keep information accurate, but prices and availability are confirmed only at booking.
Please raise any concern with the duty manager during your stay so we can put it right. Otherwise write to info@eminpasha.com. These terms are governed by the laws of Uganda and the courts of Kampala have jurisdiction.

Booking directly by WhatsApp, phone or email always gives you our most flexible terms, and a few things no booking site can.
Find a lower public rate for the same stay within 24 hours and we will match it.
Move your dates once, free of charge, up to 72 hours before arrival.
Garden view, quiet wing or connecting rooms — requested direct, recorded before you arrive.
§ DISCRETION, BY DESIGN
Diplomats, delegations and guests who simply want to be left alone have chosen the estate for its quiet. The same discretion applies to your details: collected only to look after you, never sold, and kept behind the garden walls.
