We are looking for:

1) Sommelier (1)

  • Must be of young age.
  • At least 3 years' experience in the above position,
  • Good knowledge of wines.
  • Upselling skills and business oriented.
  • Customer service skills
  • Qualification Diploma or Degree in hospitality management.
  • International Certificate or an award in wine knowledge will be an added advantage.
  • Both local or foreign nationality can apply.

2) Waiters (2)

  • Must be young at age
  • At least 3 year experience in the position
  • Food and beverage knowledge
  • Upselling and business oriented
  • Customer service skills
  • Qualification certificate or Diploma in food and beverage or hospitality management.
  • Both local and foreign nationality can apply.

3) Sous Chef (1)

  • At least five years' experience in kitchen working as a sous chef.
  • Talented in cook science and culinary expertise.
  • Attention to Detail and creative.
  • A good businessman
  • Understands HACCP procedures.
  • Fast-Paced Decision Making skill.
  • Motivational to staff, trainer and team player.
  • Multitasking.
  • Qualification is a Diploma in culinary.
  • Both local and foreign nationality can apply.

4) HR assistant. (1)

  • Must have previous experience working as a HR assistant.
  • Not less than 3 years' experience.
  • Qualification is a Diploma or degree in HRM.
  • Certificate in HRM from a chartered institute will be an added advantage.
  • Will be conduct recruitment.
  • Training.
