About Us
The Emin Pasha Hotel is part of Wildplaces Africa, a collection of properties in Uganda with conservation, style and comfort at their core.
Spearheaded by Jonathan and Pamela Wright, the hotel is the third in the growing collection, joined by Apoka Lodge in northern Uganda and Semliki Lodge in Western uganda. All three properties are listed in Africa Geographic's 'Special Places', and both safari lodges are members of Classic Safari Camps of Africa.
Semliki was just listed in the Tatler Travel Guide as one of the world's 101 best places to stay.
The group is now embarking on their fourth property, 'Clouds', a mountain gorilla lodge on the edge of the Bwindi Impenetrable Forest. This is a community conservation project, undertaken in partnership with the Africa Wildlife Foundation and the International Gorilla Conservation Programme.
